15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All tags and original packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

Refund Deductions

Please note the following deductions apply:

• 4% COD amount will be deducted as income and withholding tax charges.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• For orders delivered under free shipping criteria, the actual delivery charges will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• A wrong item

Contact us immediately with pictures/videos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer misuse
